Your new role

As an Employee Relations HR Advisor, you will be part of a high-performing HR Case Management team, providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters. You will support managers and stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring fair, consistent and legallypliant approaches to casework while promoting best practice and positive employee oues.
