Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers, providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle in compliance with Belgian employment law
Manage and coordinate HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, personnel administration, employee data changes, and policy implementation, in collaboration with international teams
Own the day-to-day management of employee benefits programs, including liaison with external providers and brokers, and payroll/tax alignment and supervision
Lead or contribute to HR and benefits-related projects aimed at improving employee experience and operational efficiency
Support engagement and wellbeing initiatives across a multi-country professional services environment
Minimum 4+ years of experience in a generalist HR role with exposure to payroll and benefits, on/off boarding processes
