Your New Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join a unique global business that operates in the genetics and R&D space, on a part-time (3 days), temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who is process-driven, and is available to start at short notice.
The Role
You will play a key part in supporting the HR Advisor with a range of HR administrative and manual tasks, ensuring the HR function remainspliant, organised and up to date. This includes:
Employee Life cycle AdministrationScanning, filing and shredding paperβbased HR documentsData entry and maintaining accurate HR recordsProducing reports and updating spreadsheetsDrafting and issuing offer letters and standard HR correspondenceSupporting general HR administration, ensuring all information is handled confidentiallyYou will report directly...
