OTA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to provide intermediate-level HR support across multiple functions. This role is responsible for benefits administration, recruitment coordination, and compliance tracking. The position operates with limited supervision and contributes to the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.
Key Responsibilities
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries. Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, scheduling, applicant tracking, and onboarding processes. Track and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies.
