JOB DESCRIPTION
The Human Resources department requires a committed, experienced and motivated HR Administrator to join their team
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Booking of appointments
- Compiling and generating reports for the HR team
- Compile files
- Maintain and manage the personal records of employees on matters such as wages, leave and training.
- Capturing of HR information
- General employee documentation filing
- Present new employee induction program to new joiners
QUALIFYING CRITERIA:
- 3-5 yearsβ experience in selection and recruitment
- Proven experience in a HR Administrator role
- Computer Literacy viz. Microsoft Office Suit
