Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive individual to support various HR initiatives. This role offers valuable exposure to HR operations, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end administrative processes.
Nearest MRT: City Hall (subject to change)
Working Hours: Mon - Thurs: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: $2,580 – $3,230 per month
Duration: 3-month contract
Key Responsibilities - Support performance management and awards activities, including preparing communications materials, coordinating inputs, and handling logistics for meetings and announcements
- Assist with talent management processes such as preparing posting memos, coordinating training and travel matters, and supporting engagement events
