Position Overview
Job Summary We are seeking a hands‑on and independent HR Manager to oversee end-to‑end talent acquisition while managing the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions in Singapore. This is a standalone role with no direct reports, requiring a highly self‑driven professional who can balance recruitment, HR operations, and office administration responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reporting and offer management
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including: LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn Talent Insights Job portals
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
