All administrative works in the company and HR related responsibilities . Application of WP, SP, EP, coretrade, BCA and other HR related functions . Liaising with bank and financial institutions for company trade and financing facilities . Application for trade financing . Timely reminder to CEO of loan installments . Issuance of tax invoice and chasing of payment. . Working hand in hand with the finance department to ensure all account related matters are in order. . Well-versed in shipment procedures to carry out clearance of imports.
