Position Overview
Responsibilities - Handle foreign workers for new application, renewal and cancellation of Work Passes in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Prepare employment letter, confirmation letter, warning letter etc.
- Perform payroll computation and prepare payslip for workers.
- Maintain employeesβ record and HR documentation.
- Handle insurance, Primary Care Plan (PCP) and medical claim issues.
- Arrange workers to attend for courses.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, leave record, office stationery etc.
- Circulate of documents for approval.
- Make arrangement on the organization event and staff welfare.
- Take part in procurement process for the company.
- Perform other ad-hoc HR & general administrative tasks.
