Position Overview
- Assist the management and be responsible for handling a full spectrum of HR & Admin functions.
- Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, and recommendations for successful placements.
- Process employee data, responsible for new hire onboarding and off-boarding, employment documents and updating company policies.
- Must be familiar with MOM Regulations.
- Handle work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, appeal, and update personal particulars to MOM.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Manage, maintain workflow compliance and seek continuous improvement to existing HR and admin workflow.
- Advise managers in HR processes and legislative requirements and processes to ensure that HR matters are effectively dealt with.
