Position Overview
The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of Human Resources, Administration, and Learning to ensure efficient business operations and a positive employee experience. The position supports continuous improvement, system enhancements, and operational effectiveness to meet organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & HR Systems
- Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management, Learning, Recruitment, and overall system administration.
- Manage and maintain HRMS functions, including leave administration, claims processing, attendance management, and employee data maintenance.
- Handle monthly statutory submissions and ensure compliance with government requirements through relevant portals such as EPF i-Akaun Majikan, SOCSO Assist Portal, MyTax, and HRDC.
