Position Overview
HR & Admin Executive (F&B Operations)
- Support HR and admin operations for 5 restaurant outlets
- Handle staff onboarding, attendance, leave records, and payroll support
- Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, and manpower planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies and MOM regulations
- Liaise with outlet managers on daily staffing and operational matters
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Prefer candidates with F&B or multi-outlet operations experience
Experience: 1–3 years in HR/Admin, preferably in F&B or retail operations.
