Position Overview
APEX is looking for an experienced HR Admin Coordinator to support and oversee human resources and administrative operations, ensuring smooth coordination of HR processes and expansion activities. This role will handle recruitment support, employee records, timekeeping, compliance, and administrative reporting to maintain efficient HR operations and assist in the successful onboarding of new employees, clients, or locations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in HR and Operations
- Experience in a manpower agency is an advantage but not required
- Knowledge in DTR processing and timekeeping
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Experience in issuing NTE and other disciplinary notices
- Strong skills in employee relations management
- Proven ability to handle and manage a large workforce or manpower team
- Currently residing in Legazpi or nearby area
