Position Overview
HR Support: Assist in HR functions across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmation, documentation etc). Prepare HR letters (employment contracts, confirmations etc.) and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records. Maintain records of staff certifications, training courses (e.g., SSIC, hot work), and entry passes ensure timely renewal and schedules updates. Perform data entry for leave, medical leave, and staff claims (overseas and local) if any. Handle employee queries on HR matters professionally. Administrative Support: Assist in work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via WPOL Arrange travel-related matters (visas, air tickets, hotel bookings, travel insuranceetc) Support managers with ad-hoc HR/admin tasks, including: -Sourcing electronic devices, housing or dormitory needs -Arranging hampers or buffet orders -Coordinating small-scale company events Requirements: Certificate / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent 1-2 years of relevant HR/admin ...
