Buildo Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a detailed and organised HR Admin Assistant to join our team in Braddell, Central Region. This full-time role will provide crucial administrative support to our growing HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources processes.
What you'll be doing - Maintain and update worker records and personnel files
- Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
- Support the administration of employee benefits, leave, and other HR-related procedures
- Work pass application, arrange worker medical check, PCP medical update, Safety course, insurance etc.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required
