Position Overview
- To manage pantry supplies, toiletries, uniform, stationeries and maintain the inventory.
- Liaise with Security & Cleaner suppliers to ensure the quality of service provided.
- Conductsite inspections to ensure all services meetquality standards and compliance requirements.
- Attend to employee inquiries regarding soft services and bring up any issues when required.
- Assist inad-hoc projectsrelated to facilities operations.
HR Administration
- Handle staff facility-related complaints and elevate to relevant departments.
- Issue Purchase Requests (PR) and Change Requests (CR), liaising with Procurement.
- Prepare monthly HR-related reports.
- Execute ad-hoc HR & Admin matter as and when required.
Job Requirement
- Possess a Diploma or at least 2 years related role experience.
