Position Overview

Provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in recruitment activities (e.g., posting job ads, scheduling interviews).
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle staff enquiries on HR-related matters.

Job Requirements:
