We are looking for a reliable and hands‑on HR Admin and Finance Executive to join our client’s growing F&B group. This role will support the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the office and outlets across HR administration, staff coordination, office management, payroll preparation, licensing, and basic finance support.

- Support day‑to‑day operations of the office and outlets across HR administration, staff coordination, office management, payroll preparation, licensing, and basic finance support.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding processes; maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll‑related information, staff claims, statutory matters, permits, insurance renewals, and outlet licensing.
- Assist with general office administration, petty cash management, invoice key‑in through QuickBooks.
