Position Overview
Responsibilities:
A. Full Spectrum HumanResource Management
1. Manage full HR functions including recruitment, payroll, training, workpass applications/renewals, and performance management.
2. Prepare employment contracts and HR-related documentation.
3. Administer employee benefits, compensation, insurance, and securitybonds.
4. Handle onboarding, offboarding, and internship arrangements.
5. Manage HR-related grants and claims.
6. Maintain employee records and support general HR administration.
B. Full Set Accounting &Finance (Including Audit Support)
1. Maintain full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable (AR),Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger.
2. Perform month-end and year-ed closing, including journal entries andreconciliations.
3. Process payments, staff claims, and expense reimbursements.
4. Prepare management reports and financial schedules.
5. Support statutory audit and year-end audit preparation, includingprovision of requ...
