About the role Apex Chemicals (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a talented HR & Accounts Executive to join our team. This full‑time role is based in the Tuas South Region and will play a crucial part in supporting the Finance and HR functions of our growing organisation.
What you’ll be doing - Providing end‑to‑end HR administrative support, including processing leave management and onboarding new employees
- Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate employee records and updating the HR information system as required
- Supporting the accounting team with financial data entry, invoicing, and general accounting tasks
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to address HR and finance‑related queries
- Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed
