Position Overview
Responsibilities Oversee and process payroll for all employees in a timely manner, including computation of salaries, allowances, deductions, and statutory submissions Manage employee leave claims and liaise with relevant government authorities on matters such as maternity leave and childcare leave Handle matters of IRAS, including IR21 for resigned foreign employees and IR8A annual submissions for all staff Prepare regular and ad hoc payroll and manpower costing reports by trade (e.g. rebar, formwork, wet trade) and by project, to support finance and QS budgeting Execute accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions to ensure timely collections, payments, and effective cash flow management.
