About the Role

MTVH are looking for a Housing with Support Manager to deliver a high‑quality housing management and support service within our Sheltered Housing schemes. The role supports customers aged 55+ to live independently, safely, and with choice and control in a secure community setting. You will oversee day-to-day housing management, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and work closely with customers to meet their housing and wellbeing needs.

Therefore, as part of the Care & Support team, you will build strong relationships with customers, partner agencies, and internal teams. You will provide practical advice, manage tenancies effectively, and proactively support customers to maintain their independence and quality of life.
