In this role you will work directly with individuals at risk of homelessness to assess their needs, provide expert housing advice, and develop personalised solutions to help secure and sustain accommodation.

Duties:

• Assess housing need, risk, and eligibility in line with homelessness legislation.
• Develop and review personalised housing plans to prevent homelessness.
• Provide advice, support, and options to help service users secure accommodation.
