Summary You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER (INSPECTOR) in the GOVERNMENT HOUSING DIVISION of NAVWPNSTA SEAL BEACH. Responsibilities You will act as point of contact for the Property Manager to ensure good coordination on issues affecting the installation, residence and public-private venture (PPV) partner. You will oversee the execution of inspections, audits, and management reviews to ensure compliance with housing program requirements. You will investigate and resolve tenant-landlord complaints to recommend resolution, or arbitrate disputes. You will promote good relations between residents and neighboring communities.
