A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country, are looking for a Housing Management/Property Litigation paralegal. The role is permanent and is based in their London office. Our client acts for over Registered Providers, advising on all aspects of housing management and property litigation issues.

Reporting to the Partner, and assisting the Solicitors in the team with their work as well as building your own caseload, the role will involve providing advice and assistance to Registered Providers of Social Housing and private landlords in a broad range of matters, including possession proceedings based on rent arrears, breach of tenancy, anti-social behaviour and unauthorised occupiers, injunction proceedings, disrepair claims and claims against leaseholders including forfeiture.
