The primary of this position is: To assess privatization project operations and associated property management, and provide military members, their families, and eligible civilian employees with housing management and housing referral assistance. Responsibilities Gathers and evaluates data, and reports compliance with all terms of the privatization transaction documents, and periodically inspects all aspects of the privatization project, including maintenance and service calls, etc. Provides information on available housing options in privatized housing (PH) and community housing; makes PH eligibility determinations; counsels occupants on PH policies, procedures, and directives; and initiates, prepares and processes various financial documents as required.
