Housing Disrepair Associate - Nottingham - Hybrid Working (2 office / 3 home) - £55,000 DOE + Bonus

My client is a top tier UK law firm, and they are looking to bring in a Housing Disrepair Associate for their office in Nottingham. You will work closely with Partners and Senior Solicitors on high-value, complex social housing claims, while also managing your own caseload that will include:

Housing disrepair

Statutory nuisance claims

Anti-social behaviour and injunctions

Possession proceedings

Housing-related personal injury claims

Experience:

2+ years' experience handling housing disrepair matters

Strong litigation experience

Confident working autonomously and collaboratively within a high-performing team
