Volunteers of America Delaware Valley is seeking a proactive, people-focused Housing Coordinator to support clients at our Burlington County Shelter in securing permanent, affordable housing. Reporting to the Social Worker, you will identify housing opportunities, build relationships with housing providers, develop a practical resource guide, and help resolve tenant–landlord issues so clients can obtain—and maintain—stable housing.

What You’ll Do:
+ Build and maintain relationships with landlords, housing authorities, social service agencies, realtors, and subsidized housing providers to identify placement opportunities
