Your newpanyWe are currently recruiting for aplaints handler for a North West Housing Association.
Your new roleYou will work alongside the customer care andplaints team handlingplaints in line with the HOS code (Housing ombudsman service). You will deal with initialplaints over the phone, triaging and assisting withplaints and were needed to escalate to the relevant team. The role will also involve audit checking ofplaintspliance.This is a full-time temporary role, and you will be required to work from the office based in Birchwood, Warrington. There could be an opportunity to work hybrid once initial training has beenpleted and if you are able to show a good understanding of the role from previous experience.
