**Key Responsibilities**

**Housekeeping Operations**

+ Supervise daily cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
+ Ensure rooms are cleaned and released on time as per operational requirements.
+ Conduct room inspections to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
+ Ensure housekeeping supplies, linen, and amenities are adequately stocked.
+ Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status updates and guest requests.
+ Handle special cleaning tasks and VIP room preparations.

**Team Supervision**

+ Allocate daily tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping associates.
+ Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational priorities.
+ Monitor grooming, attendance, and discipline of team members.
+ Train and guide associates on cleaning procedures and brand standards.
+ Support new team members during orientation and training.
