MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Guests & Quality

• Supervise and prepare the housekeeping of all resort public areas to 5*-Forbes standards
• Supervise and prepare housekeeping of resort bedrooms to a 5-star-Forbes standard
• Supervise and assist with washing and ironing of guest laundry – Forbes standard
• Communicate with guests during their stay so their expectations are exceeded.
• Supervise and Assist with Turndown service to a +1 Forbes-standard
• Quality check arrival bedrooms to ensure ready for arrival and exceed expectations.
