Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning and public area maintenance
Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met
Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams for smooth operations
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
Bachelorβs degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
6+ years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury or 5-star hotel
Strong leadership and team management skills
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
