Position Overview
岗位职责:
1.监督和检查分配给客房服务生的工作,按酒店和公司业务目标确保符合产品的质量标准,为酒店客人提供卓越的服务。
2.对客房部所有系统有最新和完整的知识。
3.配合前台满足酒店和客人的要求。
4.进行交接班说明,确保了解酒店的工作和运营需求。
岗位要求:
1.最好拥有在相似规模酒店2年客房工作经验,包括的管理经验或培训经验。
2. 高中或酒店行政管理,酒店管理或相当的大专学历。
