Position Overview
**Key Requirements:**
+ Experience at least 3yrs in same flied.
+ Flexibility is required, often covering early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Core Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Inspection and Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas daily to ensure cleanliness standards are met.- Staff Management and Scheduling: Create staff work schedules, assign daily tasks, and manage attendance (absenteeism and turnover).
+ Training and Development: Train new housekeeping staff, provide refresher training, and motivate employees to maintain high performance.
+ Inventory and Supplies: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; order replacements when necessary.
+ Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, including safe handling of chemicals and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
