TECHNICAL
• Ensures a safe, comfortable, sanitary environment for residents, staff and visitors in accordance with Federal, State and Corporate requirements.
ADMINISTRATIVE
• Orders and maintains supplies and equipment necessary to meet Center needs.
• Operates the department within budget.
• Maintains written records and documents of services performed according to Federal, Sate and
Corporate requirements.
• Participates in assigned meetings and in-services.
SUPERVISORY
• Meets department work goals through assignment of staff to Center needs.
• Observes and monitors staff performance. Coaches, praises and recognizes effective performance or
takes disciplinary action after coaching as needed.
• Evaluates quality and quantity of services accomplished by staff.
