β’ Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff.
β’ Ensure that all areas of the Companies are kept clean and tidy.
β’ Monitor the use of cleaning supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed.
β’ Ensure that all housekeeping staff adhere to safety and health regulations.
β’ Respond to customer complaints and take appropriate action.
β’ Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
β’ Monitor and evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in hospitality management or related field.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in a housekeeping role.
β’ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
