The role oversees housekeeping operations, linen & laundry, pest control, and public area maintenance, with strict adherence to NABH standards, BMW (Biomedical Waste) rules, infection prevention protocols, and hospital SOPs. The manager leads internal teams and outsourced vendors, drives audits & training, and continuously improves patient experience.
