Position Overview
Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking motivated and energetic Housekeeping Attendants to service guest rooms.
Responsibilities
- Maintains cleanliness of all guest rooms and private residences – vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning of all surfaces (including mirrors, furniture, floors, bathroom fixtures, etc.) ensuring they are streak and mark‑free.
- Monitors room equipment to ensure all items are in working order.
- Completes assigned number of rooms to clean during a shift.
- Participates in the detail cleaning of guestrooms as assigned in accordance with the hotel’s Perfect Room Program (PRP).
- Removes and replaces dirty towels and sheets with clean product from the linen storage closets.
- Sanitizes all areas of the guestroom (bedroom, living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen areas) according to procedure.
- Makes beds.
- Removes room‑service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings.
