Position Overview
Equans are recruiting for a X2 Housekeeping Assistant's to be based in Birmingham University. This is a permanent full-time role working 35 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
Hours of work are:
Monday to Friday 08:30am - 4pm with 30 mins for lunch.
What will you deliver?
Site based, working Monday Friday Shift patterns to be agreed but would be within 8am to 6pm Provide a planned (weekly) and reactive cleaning service to shared kitchen & bathroom facilities and building entrances / circulation spaces within student accommodation units Carry out daily inspections of designated areas (internal and external), addressing / reporting issues as required Operate a variety of equipment to effectively clean hard & soft floorcoverings, furnishings, Windows & other building fabric External Bin Stores Daily review of areas Take a proacti...
