Purpose of Role The Housekeeper (Bathroom and Pause Areas) is responsible for ensuring the smooth running and effective delivery of cleaning services for all bathrooms, passageways, and pause areas within the building. Ad-hoc cleaning duties may also be required as operational needs arise. Key Performance Areas Bathroom Cleaning Refill paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap dispensers. Disinfect toilets, urinals, and sanitary bins. Clean mirrors, glass surfaces, and window ledges. Disinfect all bathroom touchpoints including door handles, locks, taps, and towel dispensers. Wipe and disinfect tiles, basins, and countertops. Sweep and mop all bathroom floors regularly throughout the day. Remove litter and ensure bins are emptied and sanitised. Conduct hourly checks to maintain continuous cleanliness standards. Perform scheduled weekly deep cleaning of all bathroom areas.
