Position Overview
Description
Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain common areas, working areas, and the premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.
HOUSEPERSON DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (to include but not limited to):
Oversight of third party janitorial services, may require on call and overnight hours.
Valid Florida Driver's License is required.
Cleans rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, broom and carpet shampoo machine.
Cleans rooms, hallways and restrooms.
Washes walls and ceiling, moves furniture’s
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and washes multiple floor surfaces.
Dusts and polishes metalwork.
Removes trash in common areas.
