This Position requires ability to effectively manage behavioral challenges, provide detailed attention to medical needs, and develop recreational skills and activities for the individuals residing at the group home  Additionally, this position ensures staff supervision and coverage for the facility, ensures the overall health, safety, and welfare of the individuals residing in the facility, coordinates proper care and follow-through with medical appointments and ensures adherence to COMAR regulations, DDA standards, HIPAA regulations, and other legal and regulatory standards.
