POSITION: Hourly Job Coach (PT)

PROGRAM: Supported Employment

SITE/BUILDING: Islip Office Center, Oakdale NY

Roanoke House, Riverhead, NY

RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Non-traditional work hours based on consumer needs (typically 5-10 hours/week)

+ Provide onsite job coaching, skills training, and transportation training to consumers in various workplace locations throughout Suffolk County, NY (days, evenings, and weekends)

+ Provide work-related social skills training and employer training as needed, and perform job development

+ Completion of time-sensitive documentation as required by funding source

+ Must have strong organization and time management skills

+ Proficiency in writing skills and Microsoft Office
