Located near Michigan Tech, our restaurant serves students, families, and Huskies fans every day. As a Shift Manager, you’ll set the tone for each shift, lead by example, and make sure our guests and crew have the best experience possible.


What You’ll Do

+ Lead daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring top-quality food, service, and cleanliness

+ Support, coach, and motivate crew members to perform at their best

+ Communicate clearly with the next Shift Manager to maintain smooth transitions

+ Oversee safety, security, and cash-handling procedures

+ Maintain restaurant equipment and cleanliness standards
