Hotel Services Assistant

We have a 20‑hour position available for Hotel Services Assistant at Keir Hardie University Health Park. The role supports the Facilities (Hotel Services) team in delivering Housekeeping and Catering services in accordance with National Standards (NHS Wales, HIW Standard 5 and 9 and Organisational Standards).

Responsibilities

• Serve customers within the Keir Hardie Coffee shop, providing patient feeding support in the Day Centre when required.
• Work in line with departmental schedules and specifications, ensuring all cleanliness and legislative requirements (Food Safety Act 1990, Food Hygiene (Wales) Legislation 2006, Food Handling policies, COSHH, HACCP) are met.
• Adapt to service pressures and modernization, and move across all Health Board sites as needed.
