The Loss Prevention Officer plays a vital role in preventing theft and keeping the hotel guests, customers, and colleagues safe. This is a fast-paced position with customer-facing interaction that requires organization and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work at minimum a couple of times a month, and on weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
+ Conduct foot patrols throughout the property
+ Respond to medical emergencies on the premises
+ Assist customers, guests, and colleagues with any security related issues or questions
+ Monitor and review camera footage
+ Assist with security office duties - answer phones, dispatch calls, sign in visitors, and conduct bag checks
