JOB SCOPE
The role of the Room Attendant is to ensure that the rooms are well cleaned and tidy ready to sell to the guests.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Check and stock up all the necessary linens and supplies required for the day.
To check all room status is the same as on the Room Attendant daily report. To report any discrepancy found to the Supervisor immediately.
Responsible for cleaning a minimum of fifteen (15) rooms daily.
eplenish all amenities according to the Operational Standards.
5. Perform rotation cleaning duties (thorough cleaning, shampoo carpet cleaning etc) as required.
Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance of her/his work area and ensure security of guestrooms and privacy of guests.
Check and report faulity items that needed repair to the Floor Supervisors/Housekeeping office while in the process of cleaning the guestrooms.
Check Room Safe and set dials for check-out and vacant clean rooms.
Report and hand in any Lost and Found items ...
