• Minimum 2 – 3 years' experience in reservations, hospitality sales, luxury travel, tourism.
• Proven ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Strong consultative sales skills with a customer‑centric approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservations/CRM systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.

Advantageous

• Experience within luxury hospitality, safari lodges, river cruises or tour operating.
