Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage recipe mapping for all menu items
Link menu dishes with accurate inventory ingredients and quantities
Maintain inventory data and ensure proper stock deduction setup
Monitor automated inventory deductions based on customer orders
Manage automatic “Sold Out / 86” settings when stock reaches critical levels
Coordinate with kitchen and management teams for inventory accuracy
Requirements:
Background in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Restaurant Operations
Experience with POS systems and Inventory Management.
Strong understanding of recipe costing and inventory management
Good computer, Excel, and data management skills
Detail-oriented and able to handle system updates accurately
Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
HOTEL MANAGEMETN : 2 years (Preferred)
