Position Overview
Job Summary Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs for hotel facilities and equipment to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with hotel standards.
Responsibilities - Inspect hotel facilities and equipment regularly to identify maintenance needs and prevent breakdowns.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair works on electrical, plumbing, air‑conditioning, mechanical, and carpentry systems.
- Troubleshoot issues in guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, offices, and back‑of‑house areas to restore functionality promptly.
- Ensure HVAC, lighting, water supply, fire protection, and electrical systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Repair or replace faulty equipment and fixtures to maintain hotel standards.
